The reflex loop targets 200ms from sensor signal to action committed. Median in production is 184ms; p99 is 410ms. We measure and publish this per tenant — reflexes that miss the SLO get auto-flagged for tuning.

No — alerting tools tell humans there is a problem. Autonomic resolves the problem (auto-scaling, traffic shifting, throttling, healing) and escalates only the residual signals that genuinely need a human eye. Alerts are the exception, not the default.

Three guards: (a) per-reflex rate limits, (b) cross-reflex correlation that detects feedback loops and triggers a cooldown, (c) the Kill-Switch as ultimate backstop. We also do mandatory replay of every rolled-out reflex against 30 days of historical signals before it goes live.
mediumCan we test reflex actions before they fire in production?
Yes — every reflex first deploys to "shadow mode" where it computes its action against live signals but does not execute. After 7+ days of clean shadow runs, you promote to "advisory" (action queued, human approves), then to "armed" (autonomous). Promotions are reversible from the dashboard.
